Refund Policy

1. Café Coin Purchases
Café Coins are a digital currency used to unlock premium chapters on My Novels Cafe. All purchases are final once coins have been used to unlock content.
Unused coins may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the coins from that purchase have been spent. To request a refund, contact us at hello@mynovelscafe.com with your order details.
2. Used Coins
Coins that have already been used to unlock chapters are non-refundable. Once a chapter has been unlocked, you retain permanent access to that chapter regardless of any subsequent changes to the novel or platform.
3. Novel Removal
In the rare event that a novel is removed from the platform, the following applies:
- You retain access to all chapters you have unlocked for 30 days after removal
- After 30 days, the coins you spent unlocking chapters of the removed novel are automatically refunded to your Café Coin balance
- Refunded coins can be used on any other novel on the platform
4. Bonus Coins
Bonus coins awarded through promotions, streak rewards, referrals, birthdays, or other activities are non-refundable and have no cash value. They can only be used within the My Novels Cafe platform.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same coin bundle twice in quick succession, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
6. Technical Issues
If you purchase coins and they do not appear in your account due to a technical error, contact us immediately at hello@mynovelscafe.com with your PayPal transaction ID. We will investigate and credit your account within 48 hours.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out directly — most issues are resolved quickly and we are happy to help.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@mynovelscafe.com with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- The date and amount of your purchase
- Your PayPal transaction ID (found in your PayPal receipt)
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
